Joe & Amy
I was talking with my mom one day a few weeks ago about our upcoming sessions and weddings.
She asked about who we were going to be working with. I listed off names, some familiar to her and some not. When I got to Joe and his fiancé Amy, she smiled. My parent’s names are also Joe and Amy.
I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I wasn’t the first person to notice that.
Like my parents, Joe and Amy are lively, kind, and clearly in love with each other.
We met Joe & Amy at Belle Isle Park in Detroit for their engagement session. It was a beautiful day, with some sunshine peeking through the clouds. It wasn’t too cool, but it definitely felt like Michigan weather.
We walked around Belle Isle and enjoyed the beautiful greenery and blooms of spring. Their wedding in September will be a beautiful and joyous occasion and we are so excited to photograph it!
